Powdered acidophilus or chewable tablets
Essiac tea

Oregano Oil in a base of Olive Oil for external use.
(best on soft area of forearm, diluted with a little olive oil.)

(These are all forms that can be mixed in chocolate milk, juice or other drinks). Usually 95% juice or chocolate milk so hopefully won’t notice the flavor.

Cod Liver Oil (tiny pills or liquid)
Twinlab emulsified cod liver oil works fast for allergies or asthma!
This also helps them to focus and do better in school.

Acidophilus Powder (usually refrigerated Jarrow or Flora are great brands!)
Echinacea Drops (put in juice). Look for alcohol free. Alcohol version works better but sharp taste for kids plus has the alcohol.
Vitamin D capsules. (These are small). Alternative or addition to cod livr oil.

External:
Oregano Oil in a base of Olive Oil

Oregano Oil (in base of Olive Oil.) This is topical! Put 1 drop on soft spot on forearm, when they are asleep. This normally works wonderfully! (They don’t have to taste it and it works better than orally.) Plus the oregano smell is usually gone by the morning. Cut back to once or twice a week when better during allergy season. None when not allergy season, unless have chest congestion. Add extra olive oil if bothers the skin at all.
